Shredding
The first step in our production process involves shredders that reduce the size of the raw material, preparing it for further processing.
At this stage, the waste is pre-sorted to remove any components that are unsuitable for shredding, thus preserving the efficiency of the machinery.
Grinding
Based on the diameter specified by our customers, the material is ground to achieve a homogeneous product. We ensure maximum precision regardless of the material being processed.
At this stage, the material is also de-dusted to optimize it for the next step.
Washing
The final stage involves advanced washing tanks designed to clean the product while effectively removing any unwanted impurities.
Once the washing process is complete, the material undergoes forced drying, to ensure it is ready for packaging according to our customer’s precise specifications.
